Here is the list of the latest VW models that are CARB Exempt under Executive Order # D-236-14. If you have purchased a P-Flo Intake Kit and your vehicle is on this list and need a CARB exempt sticker, please send proof of purchase (Required) and a self addressed stamped envelope.
With 15 other states now adopting California emission standards, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, New Mexico, Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, Maine and Florida (pending legislature) with others to follow, it's only a smart decision to have a CARB EXEMPT NEUSPEED P-Flo on your vehicle. So, no more citations - no more failing SMOG checks or having the hassle of putting the stock air box back on.
NEUSPEED also leads the way in being an environmentally conscious tuner. In addition to promoting in-house recycling programs, most NEUSPEED performance parts, including many P-Chip applications are California Air Resource Board (CARB) Exempt.
